Erica Greve is the Founder and CEO of Unlikely Heroes, a non-profit organization devoted to rescuing and restoring child victims from sex slavery. With restoration homes located around the world, Unlikely Heroes is providing hope and freedom to our most vulnerable populations.
Erica Greve earned her MSW in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and has used her academic and real world experience to successfully develop and implement effective prevention, rescue, and aftercare programs for the rehabilitation and restoration of sexually exploited children.
Erica Greve’s combination of experience, passion and entrepreneurial vision continue to drive the mission at Unlikely Heroes forward. Since the organization’s founding in 2011, Erica Greve and her team of dedicated and caring professionals have successfully built and developed restoration homes in the Philippines, Thailand, Mexico, and the USA.
In 2014, Erica Greve and her team were asked to go to Nigeria to provide trauma counseling, education and medical services to the schoolgirls that had escaped the mass kidnapping from the Government Girls Secondary School in Northern Nigeria. In 2015, Erica Greve was a guest speaker at TEDx, The Blaze and Sky News, to advocate for child victims of sex slavery, and she continues to be a popular speaker for universities, churches, and conferences around the world.
Erica Greve’s work with Unlikely Heroes has been featured in numerous publications, including Forbes, Yahoo News, ET Online, and the Hollywood Reporter. Unlikely Heroes work to end child sex slavery has attracted the support of talented and passionate celebrity supporters including Selena Gomez, Nikki Reed, Ian Somerhalder, Babyface, Kellan Lutz, Jesse McCartney, Anjelah Johnson, Francia Raisa and many more who have given so generously of their time and voice to advocate tirelessly for human rights and an end to modern day slavery.
